The St. Anthony Park Arts Festival is taking applications for food vendors for our 39th annual event, Saturday, June 7, 2008. Last year more than 5,000  people from throughout the area enjoyed this family tradition, which includes an art fair, kids' activity tent, family entertainment, sidewalk sales and more.

In order to participate as one of the food vendors, we ask that you complete the enclosed reservation form and return it along with the $165 booth fee. Space is reserved on a first come, first served basis, so return your application as soon as possible. If there is more than one vendor for a particular food item, we will reserve space for the first application we receive. If for some reason we are unable to accommodate your request for space, we will promptly return your $165 booth fee. 

Please note:  You are responsible for obtaining your own permits and insurance. You will be asked for proof of proper documentation and you will forfeit your booth fee if your paperwork is not in order.  Call the St. Paul Health Department to obtain your required permits. Also note that we are unable to refund fees or reschedule the Festival in the event of bad weather. You assume the risk once you pay your fee of $165. We regret we are unable to provide electrical power. Vendors may use their own generators. If you use a generator, we require that you supply a dog house to muffle the noise.

You will receive written confirmation of your booth reservation after we receive your application and fee. We will include in your confirmation your space assignment and other important information. We will make every attempt to comply with requests for specific spaces; however, we cannot guarantee space assignments until we confirm your reservation.
